Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use SafePassVPN. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Activity & Connection Records

SafePassVPN does not record your browsing history, DNS queries, or the content of your traffic. As a VPN service provider operating in India, we retain certain subscriber, account, and connection information for the periods required by applicable law. We also retain the specific connection information described in our Privacy Policy — your originating IP address, the VPN server used, your assigned VPN IP address, session start and end times, and the amount of data transferred — to operate and secure the service, and may disclose it when required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to a valid legal request. Permitted & Prohibited Use

SafePassVPN is provided for lawful use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially provide access to the SafePassVPN service without our written permission. You agree not to use the service to: • Access, transmit, or distribute illegal content or material • Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights • Engage in hacking, phishing, spam, or any form of cyberattack • Circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or security measures without authorization • Share, transfer, or provide your account or Premium access to another person for payment or commercial benefit • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms without notice or refund.

Account Responsibility

SafePassVPN uses passwordless sign-in with one-time codes sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address and devices you use to access your account, and you must not share sign-in codes with anyone. You agree to notify us promptly at contact@safepassvpn.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

SafePassVPN offers both a Free Plan and Premium subscription plans. Premium plans are available in the following billing cycles: 1 month ($2.99), 3 months ($7.99), 6 months ($13.99), and 12 months ($21.99). Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed and billed by Google, renew automatically, and are subject to Google Play's billing policies. They must be cancelled through Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. Plans purchased on our website are one-time payments for a fixed period. They do not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel — Premium simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SafePassVPN — including but not limited to the application, website, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ComputeOne and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our service without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

SafePassVPN uses third-party providers for services including payments, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and infrastructure (listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services or practices that are independently controlled by those third parties.

Service Disclaimer

SafePassVPN is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. VPN encryption may affect connection speeds, and certain streaming platforms or websites may block VPN access — this is outside our control and does not constitute a service failure. SafePassVPN encrypts traffic between your device and our VPN servers. Using a VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity, protection against every security threat, or access to every website or online service. You remain responsible for securing your devices and accounts and for complying with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComputeOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use SafePassVPN. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SafePassVPN that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
